Creating a lifetime of singing starts with young people.
That’s why we started the High School Master Singers program. We invite top choral students from regional high schools to join us for the fall concert where they rehearse and perform alongside adult singers. Their musical skills are challenged, they learn from a collegiate level conductor, and they realize that choral singing is a lifelong pursuit shared by people of all ages.
To participate, high school students must be recommended by their high school choral directors. NEWVoices underwrites all costs and students attend all rehearsals and perform in the fall concert. We thank area choral directors for their continued support and most of all, we thank the High School Master Singers and hope to see them after high school!
